How to prepay my car rental?

You can prepay your car hire in Bulgaria with Rentomobile through wire transfer, by credit card directly on our website, also using PayPal or www.moneybookers.com.
When you make your reservation, please choose the preferrable method of payment and our reservations department will guide you.
Payments made on www.rentomobile.com are secured by the biggest group of bank institutions in Bulgaria - Unicredit/Bulbank/HVB Bank.
If you prefer to pay through an existing account of yours in PayPal or MoneyBookers' systems - ask for guidance to book you car rental. |

Can I use a debit card?
|
To prepay you car rental you can use only a credit card.
Debit cards are accepted from Rentomobile only locally. |

How will I get a payment confirmation?
|
Paying via wire transfer: we will send you an e-mail for confirmation that Rentomobile has received you rental payment and we'll send you your fully prepaid voucher.
Paying by credit card on www.rentomobile.com: you will get a confirmation from us by e-mail, we will send you your fully prepaid car rental voucher and you can also check this payment in your bank statement.
Paying by Paypal or MoneyBookers: we will confirm your car rental payment by e-mail and send you a fully prepaid car rental voucher. |

Can I prepay my security deposit?
|
We do not accept prepayment of the security deposit.
You can pay car rental deposit locally in cash or by credit card. |

Cancellation Policy
|
If you want to cancel your prepaid car rental reservation we will refund to you the following amounts:
When cancellation is received
Up to 7 days prior the rental start date - 100%
Up to 3 days prior the rental start date - 70%
Up to 24 hours prior the rental start date - 50%
Less than 24 hours prior the rental start date - 0%
Cancellations are accepted only by fax or e-mail to our reservations department.

Refund policy
|
|
If prepaid through www.Rentomobile.com, the money for your cancelled car rental reservation will be refund to you directly to your credit card.
Refunds can be kept as a prepayment of a following reservation, if you declare your will by fax or e-mail to our reservations department.
Payments made through www.moneybookers.com for cancelled reservtions cannot be refunded, but only used for a following reservation.

Availability and Confirmations
|
If you send us a payment for a car that is not available for the requested period, we reserve the right to refuse the rental and the payment made.
We will also offer you an alternative and if it is acceptable, we will kindly ask you to fulfill our reservation form and send a new reservation and a payment for the vehicle available.
Without a payment confirmation from Rentomobile and a reservation ID number, your request is pending and a reservation is not made yet. |

Replacements for prepaid rentals
|
|
If Rentomobile cannot supply the car type that you had prepaid for, due to unexpected circumstances, we guarntee a free upgrade with a higher class vehicle or refund of the difference in the car hire rates. |
