You can get information about your account balance by using onе of the following options: • Dial number 1111 where you will receive information about your account balance and the validity period of your Prima card (the service is free of charge). • Dial *101# and an immediate notification pops up on your handset’s screen showing your account balance and the validity period of your Prima card (the service is free of charge). • Post-call Notification service.
Post-call Notification is a service, providing prepaid customers with immediate information about their balance after a consumed service is charged. Prepaid customer can activate the service using one of the following options: • Dial *102# and press SEND – automatic activation will be completed. • Call Customer care at *88 – the activation is performed by an operator. The customer should call from the same number to which Post-call Notification will be activated. Notification is generated on all occasions when charging was carried out. Notification is not sent when customer uses free of charge services. When the charged event has finished, the following notification is displayed on handset’s screen: „Your new account balance is: YY,YY lv.”.
Prepaid customers can deactivate the service using one of the following options: • Dial #102# and press SEND – automatic deactivation will be completed. • Call Customer care at *88 – the deactivation is performed by an operator. The customer should call from the same number to which Post-call Notification will be deactivated. Activation, deactivation and service usage are free of charge.
With some telephones there have been registered deviations from the proper functioning of the service. |
