This was our second rent at Rentomobile and we are very satisfied with the service that was provided by the employees. Due to the fog in Germany our flight was delayedand we missed our connection flight. I contacted the office and they told me there was no problem and that I just had to let them know on what flight we would arrive and that they should take care of the rest. prior to my flight I called them to inform them about the flight number. We landed 23.15 with the next fligt and when we came out of customs into terminal 2 there was your employee wayting for us with a sign: superb!

He explained everything very well and we could go to our final destination of Hissar (where we arrived at 03.15).

Also after bringing back the car there he was waiting in the terminal for us and again he was very polite and helpfull (although we were 10 minutes late due to a full parking)

Next time when we will come to Bulgaria we will rent definitively a car at Remtomobile!
