Toni Andonova in Chaika Ofice was as always excellent to deal with when I booked. Michael at Bourgas Airport dealt with a number of clients that arrived together in a speedy professional manner and was very cheerful for the time of night. The service carried on even after I had handed my car back, I had left my luggage in the trunk and when I rang the office then Michael The problem was solved quickly by michael coming right back to the car. He didn't laugh at me, What a Star. |
